• Trip and chat content. The destinations, preferences, dates, budgets, and messages you share with the AI so we can generate and store your itineraries.
• Generated itineraries. The day-by-day plans and PDFs produced for you, saved to your account so you can revisit or re-export them.
• Usage data. Basic analytics such as pages visited and approximate visit counts, used to keep the service reliable.

How we use your information

• To generate, save, and export your travel itineraries.
• To operate, secure, and improve ItineraryoAI.
• To respond to support requests and important service notices.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your trip content for advertising.

AI processing

To create itineraries, the trip details you provide are sent to third-party AI model providers that process them solely to generate a response for you. We do not authorize these providers to use your content to train their models. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal information (such as passport or payment card numbers) in the chat.

Sharing and disclosure

We share information only with service providers that help us run ItineraryoAI (such as hosting, database, and AI model providers), or when required by law. These providers may only use your information to perform services on our behalf.
